Discover Lapland in a More Personal Way
Arcora’s curated experiences invite you to discover Lapland through movement, stillness, nature and local tradition. Small groups, unhurried pacing and carefully chosen moments create space to experience the Arctic landscape as it truly feels.
Many experiences begin directly from Arcora, where forests, frozen lakes and open fells are already waiting beyond the door. Choose an atmospheric evening beneath the northern sky, discover the traditions of Lapland or travel deeper into the Arctic wilderness.
Every experience can also be arranged privately for guests seeking greater flexibility, privacy and a pace shaped entirely around them.

Under the Northern Lights
Moments Beneath the Northern Sky
Lapland’s winter darkness is not empty. It is filled with changing light, deep silence and the anticipation of what may appear above.
Arcora’s Northern Lights experiences lead guests away from artificial light and into snow-covered forests, frozen lakes and open fell landscapes. The Arctic night can be explored on foot, by husky sled, reindeer sleigh, snowmobile or private minivan, depending on the experience and the conditions.
Routes and locations are carefully selected for each evening, while warm drinks, firelight and unhurried guiding create space to experience the night itself. The northern lights can never be promised — the atmosphere, privacy and connection to the Arctic landscape remain.
Northern Traditions
Rituals, Flavours and Stories of Lapland
The culture of Lapland is experienced through warmth and cold, food and fire, stories and seasonal rituals.
Arcora’s Northern Traditions bring guests closer to authentic Finnish sauna culture, intimate Christmas moments and dining shaped by northern ingredients and open flame. Experiences unfold in carefully chosen settings — beside a frozen lake, inside a hidden forest cabin or around the glowing fire of a traditional kota.
Some moments are shared in small groups, while others are created entirely in private. Each experience is designed to feel personal rather than performed, rooted in living traditions and the quiet hospitality of the North.
Arctic Adventures
Movement, Landscape and the Freedom of the North
The Arctic is best understood in motion. From Arcora, the landscape opens towards frozen lakes, snow-covered forests and the wide fells of northern Lapland.
Travel with huskies and reindeer, ride snowmobiles across remote winter terrain, try traditional ice fishing on a silent lake or explore the protected wilderness of Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park on snowshoes.
The pace is carefully guided but never rushed, leaving time for changing light, local stories, stillness and the sense of freedom that comes from moving through open northern landscapes. Experiences are thoughtfully designed for both first-time visitors and more experienced explorers of Arctic Lapland.
